Compassion Fatigue Self Assessment

Compassion Fatigue can negatively impact us physically, behaviorally, psychologically, emotionally, and in our personal relationships. To prevent these impacts we need to monitor ourselves and make changes when necessary.

This assessment is designed to estimate your scores across three metics: 1) compassion satisfaction (positive feelings that results from helping), 2) burnout (prolonged stress that is not caused by trauma), and 3) overall compassion fatigue.

When evaluated together, these metrics help you understand your compassion status.
