About the Course

This session focuses on how both women and men can actively champion women’s workplace success by fostering partnership, equity, and inclusion. Participants will explore what it means to be a supportive partner-colleague and how everyday actions can either reinforce or challenge gender disparities at work. The session highlights common barriers women face, including bias, unequal visibility, and unfair work distribution, and examines how these issues impact workplace wellness and performance. Participants will learn practical, actionable strategies to amplify women’s voices, interrupt microaggressions, share credit, and promote fair opportunities. Emphasis is placed on collaboration across genders to create psychologically safe, respectful environments where women can thrive, advance, and contribute fully to organizational success.
