About the Course
A person's skill as a listener shapes their workplace results and career success in any position. Active listening means fully engaging with the speaker and processing what they say, both verbally and non-verbally. In this workshop, participants learn the value of active listening and its impact on job performance, assess their own listening patterns, identify the barriers holding them back, and leave with strategies to improve their communication right away, especially in difficult conversations.
