Decision-making for Social Workers has a level of complexity unknown to other fields which can create the feeling of isolation or worse: fear to act. This training will review the ethical standards mandated by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board and the National Association of Social Workers to ensure a competent understanding for effective application.
