About the Course
This session explores how everyday workplace workplace courtesy serves as the foundation of a healthy, connected, and high-performing work culture. Participants will learn how small, intentional acts of kindness, respect, and consideration directly influence trust, communication, morale, and collaboration. The session highlights how courtesy is not about grand gestures, but consistent behaviors that create emotional safety and strengthen relationships over time. Participants will examine common barriers to courtesy, reflect on their own habits, and discover practical ways to show appreciation, listen more effectively, and support one another, even in fast-paced or high-stress environments. By shifting from individual actions to collective impact, this session empowers participants to contribute to a culture where people feel valued, respected, and motivated to do their best work.
