Building Bridges

About the Course

This session focuses on strengthening understanding, connection, and collaboration across differences by exploring how identity, beliefs, and lived experiences shape perspectives and behaviors. Participants will examine the value of diversity and inclusion in creating healthier relationships, stronger teams, and more responsive organizations. The session emphasizes self-reflection, empathy, and open dialogue as tools for reducing bias and improving communication. Participants will engage in interactive activities that highlight how assumptions form, how differences are often misinterpreted, and how intentional actions can foster belonging and trust. By linking awareness to action, this session encourages participants to move beyond awareness toward practical steps that build bridges and support more inclusive, respectful environments.
