About the Course
Black women's history is often told through stories of strength, but resilience was never just endurance. It was a strategy. For generations, Black women have navigated systems not designed for them and developed extraordinary capabilities along the way: emotional intelligence under pressure, innovation without resources, community-centered leadership, and the ability to lead through challenges. This session draws on that history to give participants practical insight for navigating today's workplace.
Learning Objectives
1. Identify key resilience strategies by examining the actions of Black women throughout history.
2. Recognize how emotional intelligence and opportunity can lead to innovation.
3. Develop practical insights that promote skillful navigation of challenging workplace environments.
