About the Course

This session introduces a gentle, accessible approach to movement and mindfulness designed to reduce stress, increase body awareness, and support overall well-being. Participants will learn how chair-based yoga poses and guided meditation can be practiced safely by people of all ability levels, without the need to get on the floor or change clothing. The session emphasizes mindful breathing, posture, and slow, intentional movement to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore calm. Participants will explore how short, simple practices can be integrated into the workday to improve focus, regulate stress, and promote physical comfort. The session encourages self-care through awareness, presence, and practical techniques that support both mental clarity and physical balance.
