About the Course
This session focuses on using a coaching approach to support clients in building confidence, ownership, and progress toward their goals. Participants will learn how coaching differs from directing or advising by emphasizing partnership, trust, and empowerment. The session explores how effective coaching strengthens engagement, reduces resistance, and increases follow-through by helping clients identify their own motivations and solutions. Participants will gain practical tools for building trust, asking powerful questions, adapting communication styles, and providing constructive feedback that reinforces self-efficacy. Emphasis is placed on recognizing barriers to cooperation, responding with empathy, and using structured coaching models to guide conversations toward action and accountability. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped to coach clients in ways that foster collaboration, resilience, and lasting success.
