About the Course
This workshop is specifically designed for foster parents to go beyond cultural awareness and develop cultural humility as a fundamental component for ensuring safety, permanency, and well-being for the child in their care.
The course aims to provide an engaging and thought-provoking journey of self-awareness and discovery, enabling participants to create systems, strategies, and actions that support diverse youth in care and contribute to their organization's efforts in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
