It focuses on reducing drop-off among African American and Hispanic clients through affirming language, trauma-informed responses, and attention to the behavior cues that signal mistrust. Participants leave with practical tools, including a Trust Touchpoints Checklist, Language Swaps, and Pocket Scripts.
