About the Course
This session focuses on building a respectful, safe, and accountable government workplace by preventing and addressing sexual harassment. Participants will learn how sexual harassment is defined, the different forms it can take, and why intent does not outweigh impact. The session explores real-world scenarios, myths versus realities, and the effects harassment has on individuals, teams, and organizational culture. Attendees will gain practical strategies for recognizing warning signs, setting boundaries, intervening as an active bystander, and responding appropriately when concerns arise. Emphasis is placed on personal responsibility, respectful communication, and taking action to uphold dignity and inclusion in the workplace.
