About the Course
This session introduces participants to the power of mindfulness as a strategic tool for improving focus, decision-making, and overall well-being in the workplace. Participants will explore what mindfulness is and what it is not, while learning how to apply mindful awareness to daily decisions, manage stress, and build healthier relationships with colleagues. The session highlights common barriers to strategic thinking, such as time pressure, constant distractions, and the "busy equals worthy" mindset, and provides practical techniques to overcome them. Through the S.T.O.P. method and other mindfulness strategies, participants will gain tools to pause, reflect, and respond to situations with greater clarity and intention. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped to integrate stillness into their routines to enhance productivity, emotional regulation, and workplace performance.
