Recent news reports state the MS-13 street gang as the top FBI Gang threat in the nation. They are one of the fastest growing gangs in the country and has a strong foothold in many Ohio cities big and small. In this workshop we will explore this dangerous group’s methodology, their recruitment and initiation tactics, and identifiers such as colors and tattoos. We will also discuss the characteristics of kids most likely to join a gang and ways to keep both boys and girls from affiliating with and joining gangs.
