Tammy Washington de Sención is an international keynote speaker, high-impact trainer, and executive coach whose work has shaped leaders across industries and generations. As the author of Nailed It! Be It, Do It, Achieve It!, she’s recognized for her no-nonsense approach to leadership development, high performance, and multigenerational management. Her training has reached more than 50,000 participants across North America, and organizations such as State Farm, AT&T, and The Marketing Arm continue to rely on her expertise.

In addition to her long-standing role as Senior Trainer & Executive Coach, Tammy now also serves as Presidential Consultants’ Partnership Development Director. In this capacity, she leads partner relations and collaboration strategies—building strong, value-driven alliances and shaping learning experiences that don’t just engage audiences but transform how leaders think, collaborate, and create lasting change.

A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and an active volunteer, Tammy is passionate about empowering women and supporting leadership growth at every stage. She enjoys life in the Dominican Republic with her husband, Jochy, where she continues to coach, train, and foster powerful partnerships that amplify impact.
