Dr. Necie Black

Dr. Wanda (Necie) D. Black is a leadership and workforce development professional who specializes in designing and delivering leadership training and professional development coaching. As an Executive Coach & Senior Trainer at Presidential Consultants, LLC, she leverages a doctorate in leadership and two decades of practice to help clients build capacity, translate strategy into action and foster organizational transformation. Her consulting experience spans government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, where she has provided HR consulting, cultural competence training, and guidance on employee assistance programs (EAP). Prior to joining Presidential Consultants, she led learning and development for a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, improving training completion rates and readiness for trauma‑informed care. She also steered Dress for Success Oklahoma City through post‑crisis recovery and spearheaded social service training and education leadership development for adult learners. An ICF Professional Certified Coach and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, she is committed to evidence‑based leadership coaching services and training and development consultancy.
