About This Role

We hire people who LOVE what they do and are EXCITED by what we do.  Our sales team is looking for a lead generator. This is a contract position at 40 hours per week with the possibility of conversion to a full time position after 6 months.  Generous base plus commission.  This is the perfect opportunity for the individual excited to grow their skills and abilities in sales while simultaneously growing their income!

This role is fully remote with 3 day onsite training and a team meeting in July.

You Will

  • Create, maintain, update and organize district contact lists within the sales tool.

  • Generate and send emails, LinkedIn requests and/or initiate phone calls to our marketing lists.

  • Schedule presentations for our Sales Lead with district leaders. 

  • Provide sales support and follow-up as necessary.

  • Identify best practices to help refine the company's lead generation playbook.

  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.

You Are

  • Excited to spread the message of what our company does.

  • Willing to learn and grow the skills and mindset that support success.

  • Organized, detail-oriented and a creative problem-solver.

  • A strong communicator with the ability to quickly and successfully build rapport.

  • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects and/or priorities simultaneously.

  • Comfortable with using technology tools.

  • Comfortable in a role that is flexible and adaptable as our needs and business grow.

We Prefer

  • ​Sales, lead generation, sales support or customer service experience.

  • Experience in the education, education sales, or edtech industry.

  • Track record of success in previous sales roles.
