As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in connecting our services with organizations that require learning and development solutions designed to empower, motivate, and drive success. In this role, you'll focus on generating new business through a consultative sales process, understanding client needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with clients in the helping professions sector (companies and organizations in the Educational Services, Health Care & Social Assistance sector), identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration
Assess client needs and recommend customized learning and development solutions to meet their objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Track and report on sales activities, managing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
Represent Presidential Consultants at industry events and conferences to generate leads and increase brand visibility
Proven sales experience, preferably in the training and development sector
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Our compensation plan is designed to reward high achievers—meeting the designated sales target can result in an annual salary of $96,000.
